The Ambrose Group’s ROW Budgeting Service combines 25 years of real estate valuation expertise with cutting edge mapping software in order to provide a more accurate and detailed cost estimate for eminent domain projects. The Ambrose Process

  1. Identify parcels impacted, utilizing drawings and surveys provided by government entities
  2. Obtain parcel data
  3. Determine the size of the acquisition area
  4. Determine the highest and best use of the site
  5. Assign market values to the parcels
  6. Assign “Damages” to parcels with impacted improvements and calculate a Damage Cost
  7. Collaborate with industry experts to produce relocation and utility costs
  8. Compile all information to obtain estimated totals
  9. Digitally map the acquisition area to provide accessibility to the client. Display each impacted parcel along with all pertinent information related to the project.
